Flexolast
Flexolast is the solution developed and patented by RSA to introduce the robotc in all footwear industry.
It is full in plastic, integrating an RFID chip allows to have excellent accuracy, reliability and traceability.
The same solution can be designed in all kind of technologies existing in a modern shoe factory, solid or
with various types of articulation.
It is tested in all production areas of footwear, from the standard high quality assembling (including high heel women shoes to the classic man) to the upper injection molding process (PU, TPU and PVC ).
The reliability and low maintenance needs permit to have an efficient and cost-effective last.
RSA has developed special pincers and clamping systems compatible to all processes with machineries
in use, traditional or for direct injection.
