History

Robot System Automation is a dynamic manufacturing company founded in 1984 with the goal of building innovative, automated production systems for the footwear industry.

In 1995, we expanded our product range with the introduction of anthropomorphic robots. Over the course of 20 years of engineering and implementing innovative solutions and working with various suppliers, Robot System Automation developed a deep knowledge of the integration of robots and, in 1999, became the sole agent of Kawasaki robots in the footwear market.

Our experience in a challenging industry, combined with the desire to continually improve our products, services, and processes, has made the Robot System Automation state-of-the-art facility a world leader in the study of new technologies and the development of new concepts for the application of anthropomorphic robots.

The elements behind the success of each Robot System Automation system have maximum flexibility and ease of use. These are key strengths to help meet modern production requirements, and they are in a state of continuous improvement by means of our ongoing product development process.

Footwear is not the only sector in which the design excellence and efficiency of Robot System Automation has been validated. Since the beginning of the twenty-first century, we have been producing handling systems for the food industry, palletizing systems, loading and unloading machine tools and injection, vision systems for quality control analysis, handling and processing of leather parts, and automation in product packaging.

Robot Automation System can be your most valuable and trusted ally to solve any automation problem. Our staff will quickly and efficiently conduct an on-site system analysis and plan all phases of production line construction: the technical feasibility study, design, fabrication, and commissioning of sub-contractors. No job is too big or too small.
